The Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise will be donating Rs 100,000 to Palestinian charities for every six and wicket secured by their players in this edition of the tournament.
The decision was announced on their official Twitter handle by their team owner, Ali Khan Tareen, who has shown keen interest in making contributions on humanitarian grounds.

Multan Sultans' Owner's Statement
In a video released on the official Twitter handle of Multan Sultans, their team owner, Ali Khan Tareen, made the decision official. The initiative was announced within just two days of the start of PSL 2025.
"We [Multan Sultans] have decided that in this [Pakistan Super League] season, we will support charity [foundations] in Palestine," announced franchise owner Ali Khan Tareen via video message. "We have decided, on behalf of our batters, that whenever any player from Multan Sultans hits a six, we will donate Rs 100,000 to Palestinian charities," he said.
The Sultans have already donated 1.5 million for every six hit and every wicket taken by the players in their match against the Karachi Kings. Though Multan Sultans lost the match, their initiative made a massive contribution toward children who have been affected by the Gaza conflict.
Multan Sultans Lost Their First Game Against Karachi Kings
The match between Karachi Kings and Multan Sultans was a high-scoring encounter. The Kings won the toss and opted to bowl first in the match. Multan Sultans, powered by Mohammad Rizwan's 105 runs off 63 balls, scored 234 runs for 3 wickets in their 20 overs. There were contributions from Kamran Ghulam (36 runs off 19 balls) and Michael Bracewell (44 runs off 19 balls) in the lower order as well.
However, it was the Kings who won the match as James Vince scored 101 runs off 43 balls in the run chase. He hit 14 fours and four sixes in his innings. Khushdil Shah (60 runs off 37 balls) played a cameo batting at number eight, giving the Kings a crucial win with four balls remaining.
